Threeshires Ltd is currently seeking competent and motivated operatives to join our team working across the Construction, Rail and Highways sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and progress within the business. Experience and qualifications in forestry, fencing and groundworks would be desirable, but are not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Plant and machinery qualifications would be highly advantageous, particularly:
- NPTC Chainsaw Qualifications
- PA1/PA6 Certification
- CPCS Excavator
- Tractor and Tele-handler Qualifications
- PTS (Personal Track Safety)
Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence.
Successful candidates will need to be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team, while also using their own initiative. This is a physically demanding role and requires a flexible approach to working.
Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of Threeshires Ltd Head Office, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
The role will occasionally require candidates to work away from home, sometimes at short notice, and undertake night work. Work will take place across regions throughout the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.
